We're continuing to lodge all orders with Australia Post within 2 business days of purchase to ensure they get to you as soon as possible, however, please be aware that with the larger than normal volumes nationally & updated Australia Post operating measures in place, some delivery delays may be experienced. We appreciate your patience & understanding during this time.

How much is standard shipping?

Purchase price includes standard shipping.

Who do you send with?

We send with Australia Post.

Do you send Internationally?

Currently we only ship to Australia.

What payment options does Hat Locker offer?

There are a number of safe and secure payment options available; at the checkout, you can choose to pay using your Credit Card (MasterCard & VISA), your Paypal account.

What is the order process?

Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been placed. After your order has been picked, packed and fulfilled with Australia Post you will receive a shipment notification & a tracking number for your parcel. We aim to process and ship all validated orders within 2 business days.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. GoLo will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of $10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.

My return was approved, how do I return an item/s?

Once you have notified the team and your return request has been accepted:

  1. Re-pack the item in a box or its original packaging. All returns must be unused / unworn and in original condition with all tags and stickers attached.
  1. Return send to 6/81 Bertram St, Mortlake NSW 2137. Please note that return postage is covered by the customer as we provide either free & reduced shipping rates.
  1. Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you will be issued a refund or store credit to the value of the item(s).
